NSS Unit Of GDC Purmandal Celebrates Rashtriya Ekta Diwas And UT Foundation Day On 31st Of October, 2023

NSS Unit of GDC Purmandal organized series of activities like selfie, poster making competition, pledge taking ceremony and Run for Unity to celebrate Rashtriya Ekta Diwas and UT foundation day. Worthy Principal Prof. [Dr.] Raj Shree Dhar, Faculty members and Students of the college took Selfie on the theme “Badalta Jammu Kashmir, Badhta Jammu Kashmir, “Aman aur Taraki ki Nayi Tasveer”. Students from the different semesters participated enthusiastically in all the activities and also prepared beautiful posters highlighted the major projects undertaken by J&K Govt. and the Scenic beauty of UT of J&K. A pledge taking ceremony was also held to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhai Patel and also on this occasion, “Run for Unity” by staff and students was held in the market of Mandal, Katwalta. Prof. [Dr.] Rajshree Dhar, Principal of the college speaking on the occasion said that the changing phase of J&K UT provides ample of opportunities to the people of J&K to develop a sense of unity, integrity and brotherhood.
